Interaction at the Lodge

We encourage our guests to join us for our daily Farm chores and ongoing work activities. At the other extreme, we can leave you entirely alone to enjoy the solitude of the Lodge property. It's really up to you!

This page provides some guidelines for possible interactions that you might have while staying at the Lodge property.

Farm Chores

Guests staying at the Lodge are welcome to help collect eggs and pick fresh produce out of the garden to use in their meals. Our farmstay hosts will help guide you through these tasks each day.

Workshops

In addition, you can take workshops on various topics, depending on the ongoing activities: animal husbandry, gardening, forest management, lumber milling, and much more. Availability depends on the current season and staffing, but we can probably find something something interesting to offer you.
